With water as the design motif, and with lakes, streams, hills, forests, trees and green land as the basic elements, the design systematically employs viewpoints, pedestrian circulation systems and green belts to create an elegant and beautiful environment which is close to nature and emphasizes a leisurely atmosphere. Keeping with the theme of water, the existing water system of lot B is expanded into lot A, with the entire site then divided into several smaller islands and peninsulas. Therefore, each small lot has a unique hydrophilic environment: a natural scene of lakes and waterside pavilions, forming a noble living environment where each household is facing a river or a lake which is supplied by nearby reservoirs to ensure an uninterrupted water supply.
