He has been in charge and participated in numerous award winning and influential projects, including: Honourable mention Award of Concept Design Conpetition for ‘World Expo 2010 Shanghai China-HK Pavilion’, Shanghai jiaotong University science park, Penarth Marine, Wales, UK (Silver Medal); Sorrento , Airport Authority Office, Hong Kong; HSBC senior staff quarter at Victoria Peak, Hong Kong; Hong Kong; The Orchards, Hong Kong; Beijing Times Square; Beijing World-Trade center renovation; Beijing Cyber Plaza, Shangri-La Hotel Puxi, Shanghai; Everbright City Shanghai; etc.

Mr. J. Tucker acquired his Master and Bachelor degrees in architecture in USA. He has worked many years in well-known architectural firms in USA, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has particular design expertise in hotel, retail and industrial projects. He has involved in design of The New Boulevard Tower Hotel in Chicago; The Court & The Tuscany Hotel in New York; Hilton Conventional Center Hotel in Kansas; Grand Hyatt Hotel in Malaysia; Liu Jian Hotel and Office in Beijing; Otis Elevator Manufactory in Hangzhou, China, etc.

Roy HUI   Director Chief Landscape Designer  BLA, OALA, CSLA Registered Landscape Architect (Canada)

Roy Hui acquired his Bachelor degree in landscape architecture at the University of Toronto. He is also a Registered Landscape Architect in Canada and has about ten years of experience in this profession. Mr. Hui has worked as the Chief Designer and Supervisor of the design team in Kenneth Ng and Associates (Hong Kong) and later as Senior Designer in Belt Collins International (HK) Ltd. He has been responsible mainly for mainland china projects for over seven years. This include the landscape design for residential apartments and villas, shopping streets, commercial buildings, parks and large public landsacped areas, industrial park etc., in which Mr. Hui has gained expereinces through concept to construction stage in projects of different nature. One of his residential project Shanghai Yujingyuan, has won a national design award in China (Ren Ju Jing Dian Da Jiang).

Mr. Li has more than twenty years professional experience. In the early 1990s, he engaged in Architecture Design in Central America. Later, he began a successful Architectural Design career in London UK, since then he has handled many different types of building design and construction projects as well as participated in various multi-functional property developments.
He holds considerable experiences in architectural and interior design. His works cover a number of areas, including the United Kingdom, Central America and Mainland China.

Zhang, W. H. William   Associate Director

Mr. William Zhang acquired his Bachelor degrees in architecture at the architecture department of Chongqing architecture and engineering institute (now the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, Chongqing University) in China in the 60s. He had worked dozens years as a senior architect before further his study In Canada. He has won and completed the scholar's program provided by McGill University and the University of British Columbia in 90s. Then he has worked at several famous architects firms including the ACA Design Architects in Vancouver and Wong & Ouyang in Hong Kong. He was in charge of design and management of The San Feng Office Tower in Shanghai; Grand Times Square in Shanghai; and Everbright Center in Shanghai.

Tong Jianfu   Registered Structural Engineer in China

Mr. Tong obtained his professional training in Zhejiang University. He has near twenty years structural design and project management experience. Mr.Tong is among the first group who acquired Registered Structural Engineer License in China. In his years of professional experience, he has been involved in various fields relating to cultural, governmental, commercial fields, administrative, institutional, educational, residential, industrial projects.

Mr. Tong is also executive director and chief engineer of Zhejiang Jinrui Architectural Ddesign Ltd.(Grade A).

Wu Zongyuan, David  Marketing Director. MBA (American University in London)

Mr. David Wu attained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in UK and Bachelor degree in China. He has worked for many well-know firms as a middle and senior management, including Guangdong Television in China, Reliance Mutual Insurance Society Ltd., Lenovo Group Limited in Slough branch (QDI) and CNE Satellite TV in England, Shar Products Co. Ltd. in Canada. He was also a founder of Sinoman Music Ltd. in Canada. Mr. Wu has more than 20 years of managerial experience in marketing domestically and internationally.

Xiang Xianfa  Chief Representative, Eastern China Area, Registered Architect in China

Mr. Xiang obtained his professional training in South East University in China. He has over twenty five years architectural design and project management experience, including 10 years in Singapore. In his 25 years of professional experience, he has been involved in various fields relating to cultural, governmental, commercial fields, administrative, institutional, educational, residential, industrial projects. Mr. Xiang is also vice chief Architect of Zhejiang Jinrui architectural design Ltd(Grade A).
